How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24 hours / 7 days by following these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Press "Check now" to process

Or you can just click on Order Tracking on top of Lazada page, enter your order number and email address, then press "Track" to check your order status.

I can't track my order on courier tracking page. How do I track my order?

After order has been sent to courrier, all information will be update on their website within 48h:

Delivery time will depend on your shipping address:

  • Within Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi: 1 - 2 working days
  • Outside Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi: 3 - 4 working days depending on each area

Yet you can check your order status with our Order Tracking tool Lazada's system is updated daily to provide you with the best tracking service.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee for an item includes:

  • Processing fee:
  • Delivery fee depends on the weight or size of packaging for each item in the order. Furthermore it can depend on the distance from Seller's warehouse to Customer's shipping address.

How can I check shipping fee when placing an order?

Why does one product on Lazada have different shipping fees?

Shipping fee is based on distance from seller’s warehouse to customer’s shipping address. Therefore, delivery fee of same product which comes from different sellers could be different.

Is shipping fee already included in the order’s total payment amount?

Total payment amount of your order, which is confirmed via email and SMS, is the final amount you need to pay included shipping fee.

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive 1, where are my other items?

Lazada is an e-commer platform with many merchants. Your order might have 1 or more items from different merchants. Hence, the delivery time for these items will be different too, but you will only have to pay for shipping fee (if apply) once.

How do I check delivery lead time of a product?

Click on the product you want and go to its product detail page. You will see the delivery lead time of that product on the right side of the page.

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we can not guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Lazada currently doesn't offer deliver on weekends and holidays

I need my order now, Can Lazada speed up the delivery?

Our packaging and delivery progress are currently optimal. We will try our best to deliver your order as fast as possible

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on your shipping address:

  • Within HCMC and Hà Nội: 1-2 business day
  • Outside HCMC and Hà Nội: 3-4 business day
I ordered multiple items, but why did I receive only one email and one tracking number?

Lazada will inform you about shipping status for every item in order via email.Please check your spam folder to make sure that you didn't miss our notification emails.

How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?

Yes, our courier will do that before delivery

Why do I receive my order in separate deliveries ?

Lazada will have to separate your orders if:

  • Items are too big and it can be fit into 1 package
  • Your items is from different merchant

You will only have to pay for shipping fee (if apply) once.

Can I receive a call before delivery?

You can request to cancel your order at anytime but delivered

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

You can also contact our Customer Service at immediately after purchasing to inform us. The third party should present a valid ID along with the letter of authorization from you.

Is there any domestic area Lazada cannot deliver to?

Lazada can deliver to all domestic areas.

We work in partnership with 4 big logistic companies Buu Dien Viet Nam, Giao Hàng Nhanh, andViettel and also have our own delivery team to serve our customer best.

However, some products that are bulky like electronics & cooling devices (air conditioner, fridge…) or big home appliances (washing machine, cabinet, shelf..) & others belong to certain sellers may have private delivery policy.

Does lazada offer international shipments?

Your orders can only be delivered to addresses within Vietnam at the moment.

Can Lazada deliver the package to my office?

Lazada will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout. Lazada does not provide door-to-door delivery service for apartment or office building.

In case you want to change your delivery address afterward, please send us your inquiry at we will help you to change the address and also send you a confirmation once done.

What is Express Delivery service?

In order to fully satisfy our customers' demands, we offer Express Delivery service for a faster and more convenient delivery service.

For an extra fee from 10,000 VND to 15,000 VND per order, you will receive your order in Lazada's fastest promised time (usually 1 – 2 working days depending on the delivery area).

How much does Express Delivery service cost?

For Express Delivery service, you will only have to pay an extra fee from 10,000 VND to 15,000 VND for your order. What an attractive fee!

How can I check if I can request Express Delivery service for my order?

On the product page, click on the "Check delivery service" at the top right corner of the screen.

Then choose the province/City and the District/town. Our system will give you all the available delivery services in the area you have chosen.

What are the terms and conditions of Express Delivery service?

For the moment, Express Delivery service is applicable following these requirements:

  • All the order articles have to be sold by Lazada and not by the other sellers selling on our platform
  • Product should not exceed a certain weight/size
  • The chosen payment method should be ”Cash on Delivery”
  • The order should only be made by an end-user customer. Any order made by a reseller will be denied
  • The delivery address should be in Express Delivery Service areas

I placed an order with Express Delivery service. What if Lazada does not deliver my order within the promised leadtime?

In case your order is not delivered with the promised delivery time because of Lazada's fault, please contact our customer service via hotline 1900 1007, we will send you a gift voucher which is triple in amount of the Express Delivery service fee.

NOTE: Please note that the full order payment is required in order to send you the voucher code.

What is Economy delivery?

Economy delivery is the most cost-effective and convenient delivery service in case you are not in a rush. To save shipping fee, it is the best choice for delivery address which is out of urban area.

Why should Economy delivery be chosen?

It saves at least 50% shipping fee. Let choose and enjoy economy delivery service.

How long does it take for delivery?

It will takes more time than standard delivery. You can check delivery time at "Delivery option" on product page. After placing order successfully, it will also be informed once again in notification email.

How to place order with economy delivery option?

You can choose delivery option (express delivery, standard delivery or economy delivery) when selecting a shipping address. Shipping charges will be added in "Total amount".

In what exceptional cases is Lazada not responsible for failing in delivering the order in promised time?

Lazada will not be considered responsible for failing to deliver the order in promised time if:

  • The customer does not give a correct / complete delivery address or contact information during checkout process (Delivery Information step)
  • No response from customer via email and phone calls made by Lazada
  • Delivery time and address is set but the customer is not available to receive the order
  • The delivery time is respected but the customer does not show up after 10 minutes and failed tentatives made by Lazada to contact him
  • Other unavoidable situation: natural disaster (earthquake, storms, traffic accident, etc.), traffic interruption on national or local scale, other problems happening to transportation vehicles or machine.
Can I check the product before paying for it?

Understanding your concerns and worries about the quality of online products, we allow checking process upon delivery for all the items on website Lazada (except for items sealed/stamped by manufacturers.)

What is Mutual Check Upon Delivery policy?

Before accepting the order and making the payment, the customer has the right to open the package and check its content to be sure that the items are correctly as ordered (it includes quantity, kinds, colors, appearance and if the products are intact).

Any further checking steps like trying the items have to be made after payment.

NOTE: This policy is not applicable for products sealed/stamped by manufacturers.

What should I do if my checking request is rejected?

You can refuse the order and contact our Customer service [here] right away for prompt support.

How could I know that product has private delivery policy?

All products which are limited of delivery areas will have label “Only delivered in ….” & this information is stated clearly in the product information details

What should I do if the product is incomplete or damaged?

If you receive a product that does not conform with’s commitment, please notify us at as soon as possible and not later than 48 hours from the time of receipt.

What shipping options does Lazada offer?

We offer 3 shipping options: Economy, Standard and Express Shipping.

Shipping option Time Cost
Summary Delivery time depends on your location and location of the products, i.e. Lazada warehouse or merchant warehouse. Check here for more details of shipping fee.
Economy Shipping Delivery time can take longer than Standard shipping.
Standard Shipping Delivery time will be faster and more efficient than Economy shipping.
Express Shipping Order before 10.30am for same day delivery, order after 10.30am for next day delivery (excluding Sundays and Publlic holidays, terms & conditions apply). Starting from 10.000vnd apply to each product.
How can I see which shipping options are available for a product?

When you go to a product page, you will be able to see the available shipping options with estimated delivery time and cost.

How can I select the shipping option for my product?

During check-out, you can select the shipping option when inserting your delivery address.

You can also change the shipping option at payment page.
