Delivery company J&T is a mafia, Lazada app didn’t show up my address correctly, The shipper called and started complaining and yelling about the problem that this app created. Once he showed up, i asked to send me message of payment information because I didn’t have phone with me then he didn’t want to. I asked to leave my property without accepting the delivery. Few minutes later, I called and requested to pick up at the J&T Depot, He said i could do it right away. Once I reached… the girl was unprofessional when I tried to tell her of the situation and shared her the phone number of the shipper so she can track the item. He rolled her eyes and look at the colleagues and played game. Never ever experienced an unprofessional customer service until this point. She rolled her eyes so many time and wanted me to know her attitude. Such a fuck-up attitude and working environment. \nI had no choice and yelling at her as her attitude wasn’t acceptable then she cried. I had to leave because the shipper denied to return to the Depot so I couldn’t pick up the items. He refused my phone calls… I came back to J&T depot to get my order. At this time, 8-10 boys at this Location came to stop me and one boy wanted to push me.
